Ecological footprint – the 25 km radius rule

Our daily bread comes from our own oven, the staff is living in the area, the products for the kitchen come from the region, we employ craftsmen from the area.
Unfortunately, only one thing does not fit with our 25 km radius rule: the “Holledauer” aroma hops for our beer we order 60 km away. But every concept is only as good as it is flexible.

As a company of 24 employees, with hotel, brewery and restaurant, we try to avoid as many emissions as we can. As a family company we know that we live in a pure and fabulously beautiful nature. This is the reason why our guests visit us. Therefore, sustainability is the requirement of our decisions in order to avoid ecological deficits.
